Job Responsibilities include: • Operating a range of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, edgers, leaf blowers, dump trailers, skid loaders, back hoe and other landscaping tools.Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing/trimming, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, weeding, trimming, pruning, etc.Perform landscape enhancement duties such as mulch installation, planting, top soil installation, seeding, planting/maintaining flower beds etc. Picking up trash, debris and cuttings.Have an eye for detail. Do Clean work. Performs other duties as needed. • Job Requirements include: • Knowledge of landscaping is a plus. High school diploma/GED (or current student status) Must be at least 18 years old. Must have transportation to/from main yard or job site every morning. Ability to be at main yard/job site prior to 8:30 am. Trucks normally roll out daily at 8:30 a.m. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature. Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime. Be Drug/Alcohol Free Ability to work in all types of weather and environments outdoors. Wear safety gear and follow all safety guidelinesAbility to follow direction and work solo if required. Salary: Competitive based on experience. Up to $18/hr. Raises available and are dependent on job performance, dependability and punctuality/reliability.
