COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical Research Trial with booster - Ages 18-55

Alliance for Multispecialty Research in Knoxville, TN. is currently seeking volunteers ages 18-55 for a COVID-19 clinical research study. This is a phase 2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 RNA vaccine following prior receipt of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. We are looking for volunteers who have recently received or plan on getting the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) one dose vaccine in the next week or so. In addition, we will be taking a small number of patients that have never received a prior COVID-19 vaccine. Volunteers will receive two doses of the vaccine or placebo and make up to 7 visits to the study center over 6 months. Compensation of $1,225 will be available for time and travel. All participants will receive a booster dose with the same BNT162b2 vaccine used during the study approximately 6 months after the study series.
