Swimming Pool Company looking for laborer - We are looking for a self motivated individual. Industry is fast paced, and must be able to handle varying duties daily. Team meets at store / warehouse in morning, then travel in company truck to job site. Business is seasonal and weather dependent. Applicant must be flexible with hours and days of week. Goal is not to work Saturday / Sundays but if rainy week, a weekend may be worked. Owner works at fast pace, expects attention to detail and likes folks that are self starters. Our jobs always have something to do, if you are of nature requiring constant direction, which is ok, this is not job for you. Pay is commensurate with experience and can increase as well as opportunity for growth. Assist foreman / supervisor Build swimming pool frames, pour concrete, mix concrete Shape, level, assist excavators with leveling and filling of site Running of plumbing lines, working in trenches Must be able to lift 80 lb. bags of concrete mix Must be able to work outdoors and tolerate heat Daily hours vary, but begin at 7:30 Daily hours vary dependent on status of job (Excavation day, concrete walk day, etc.) Maintain tools, vehicles on a shared rotation with others. Applicant must: Be able to self motivate Be able to take direction and act upon it Be able to work well with others in team environment to both learn and coach others. Job Type: Full-time
