Looking for area to ride ATVs with kids

My wife and I are new to ATVs and are looking for locations or property to ride them. We would like to take the kiddos as well. We've looked into public lands but they've either been affected by the fires or they are closed due to mud. If anyone out there knows where we could go please message me. Thank you!
