We are looking for a service writer / customer service candidate to work the front counter of a relatively busy privately owned automotive repair facility. We are a clean and professional shop. We pride ourselves on the excellent & honest service that we provide to our customers, and are looking to bring somebody in who will continue to provide a high standard of customer service. -Must have mechanical knowledge of automobiles. -Candidate must have good phone and people skills. -Candidate must on time and reliable. -Must have the ability to manage employees -Job Title includes managing the front office, answering telephones, ordering parts and writing estimates & repair orders. -Candidate MUST have a positive and friendly attitude and be able to provide excellent customer service to our valued customers. -Must have computer skills.
