Built-in Bookcase Maker needed asap

I am seeking the services of an experienced, professional carpenter who has a bona fide business & references. I need a built-in bookcase, simple/plain design, no molding, white, hutch on top, plain cabinets on bottom. 103" long / 86" tall / 15" deep. I would like the work to start right away and to be finished in 3-5 weeks. The time line is firm. Work will need to be done in shop, and then brought to the condo for assembly.
