Job Announcement Number - TRAM040821 (Relocation not included) Janitor - Part time position Opening date - 04/08/2021 Closing date - Until filled Days - Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays Description Clean and maintain public restrooms, public area, parking lot and offices. Duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, removing trash, dusting, and minor maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, standing and reaching. Qualifications Must be familiar with cleaning public areas and using various cleaning products, able to listen and follow instructions as well as maintain a positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills. Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is desired. Must be able to work weekends.
