The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) plans to open selected waiting lists for Federal Elderly and Family Public housing properties in the near future. Pre applications will be accepted online. Computer, mobile phones and tablets with internet access may be used. No-pre-applications will be accepted at the HPHA’s offices. No charge to apply. There will be no application fee. NO DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you try and duplicate with same or similar household applications, BOTH APPLICATIONS WILL BE DENIED.
