I'm in need of an apartment or small house to rent. Can afford up to 1000.00 a month. I get a retirement pension and have proof of income. I have a disable son and very small house trained dog. Hotel rates will go up the end of the month to higher Summer rates and we will be out on the streets. If you have anything please call immediately. I have rent amount and required deposit.
