We are a small, busy and quickly growing Iron Works company, Federal certified contractors and soon to be NYC MWBE certified. We design, maintain, fabricate and install fire escapes, cellar doors, gates, stairs, railings, and other miscellaneous metal projects. We are seeking talented and energetic workers with experience in fabricating and installing ornamental steel. This is an opportunity to grow with a company that has been in business in Brooklyn for over 20 years. We are hiring! Serious experienced fabricators and installers should only apply. Preferred Qualifications: Must be a reliable person, have a pleasant personality and a good work ethic. Must have WELDING, INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE. MUST OSHA 40 (OSHA 30 + 10) and NYFD COF. Welding licenses preferred Be organized, attention to detail, and a strong team player. MUST KNOW WHAT YOU SAY YOU KNOW Must be experienced in ornamental iron installation such as: fire escapes, cellar door, railings, stair, gates, etc. All qualified candidate must speak English and have a valid driver's license (if you are highly experienced, will overlook the driver's license). Applicants with COF, OSHA, EPA RRP training, and welding licenses are highly preferred and will be considered FIRST.*** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25 - $40.00 per hour (DEPENDS ON YOUR EXPERIENCE!)
