Site carpenter wanted for large projects. Will be assigned to projects from demo through completion. Will work closely with project managers and site super each day. Seeking an ambitious individual who is hungry to learn and grow in experience in the construction field. Work will include Labor, Demolition, Framing, Interior and Exterior Finish Carpentry, some Masonry, and more. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to grow as a tradesman and looking for a future in the construction business to see each stage of a home come together. 5 to 10 Years Desired, Must have Knowledge of: Framing Finish Carpentry Weather proofing / Flashing Masonry (a Plus) Roofing (Rubber roofing a Plus) Must Have: -Own Transportation -Valid Driver’s License -Hand Tools Compensation/Benefits: $18-25/hr. commensurate on experience Accruing PTO (Paid Time Off) Starting after 6 Months of Full-Time Employment Paid Holidays
