HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Full Time: Days
Job Description:
- Follows designated cleaning schedule of apartments.
- Preforms daily cleaning activities of community areas and responds to daily housekeeping requests (work orders).
- Makes daily rounds to review the housekeeping needs of the community.
- Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies on cart and storage area.
- Responds appropriately to residents housekeeping requests and reports any resident concerns of safety.
- Attends mandatory staff meetings and follows all community policies and procedures.
- Responds to emergency situations in accordance with the Emergency Procedure Manual.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of smoking regulations and procedures.
- Ability to perform the physical and essential requirements of the position.
- Prefer previous housekeeping and/or healthcare experience.
