Looking for crews that are insured with workmans comp and general liability insurance. I have year round work flipping houses. This is 1099 work and pay is 2 weeks after the work is complete. You can buy material or we can with a 20% charge on the material cost. This work is already priced out and it's up to you if you want to take it or not. It's busy work and great pay. Just need a w9 form and insurance info to start getting houses.
