We are a family owned & operated Painting Contracting Company known as John “The Greek” Painting, that has been established since 1970 and serve the Tri-County areas. We are in need of a Seasoned Project Manger that can manage New Construction, Commercial & Residential projects all at once. Someone who is VERY detailed oriented and can see a project all the way through to completion. We are very very busy and need a Project Manger who will be a valuable asset to our every growing team. Someone who can be a leader & a great representative of our well known brand & service in the area. With that said, you’re responsibilities would be: - Overseeing operations and reporting back to sales members - Manning projects from start to finish - Liaison between Sales Members & Clients - Making sure ALL Contracts are being reported & relayed properly to workers - Must have 5+ or more years, or have knowledge & background in Painting Contracting, Specifically New Construction & Commercial Projects - Following up with Clients to closeout Projects & Collect Customer Releases - Able to Email - Preferable Bi-lingual so you can communicate accurately with our fellow team members - Willing &Able to learn specific applications that we use in house to run projects PLEASE RESPOND WITH RESUME ATTACHED.
