We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated candidate to join our award winning, service-based franchise office in Greenacres, Florida. This office has been in operation over 15 years and has received multiple awards. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities: • Perform estimates (in person and on line) • Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues • Inspect cleanings and interact with employees and customers about quality • Train employees with company cleaning system (in person and on line) • Assist management with hiring and recruiting functions • Other tasks assigned by the office Job Requirements: • Minimum two years experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented • Positive Attitude • Team player who can work independently • Experience in the cleaning service and/or Spanish spoken is a big plus • Car, insurance and drivers license • Clean driving record • Available to work Monday to Friday • Clean Background Check We offer: • Salary compensation based on experience • Mileage reimbursement • No Nights or weekends • Paid vacation and paid holiday • Opportunities for Advancement
