Part-time share opening at my studio space in Astoria. Looking for a serious producer/engineer/mixer/masterer to rent 8-10 days per month of time, at $200/day, on a medium-to-long-term basis. Ideally starting May 1, can be slightly flexible for the right person. The space has a large, well-treated control room, a smaller live room, and a vocal booth. A few photos attached below. There are full-range main monitors, a 5.1 set of nearfields, a bunch of instruments, amps, keyboards, plugins. Some very high-end outboard gear. A 65'' LCD screen if you work to picture. Just around the corner from the train. One of my colleagues works from a second control room. There's a shared kitchenette and a large outdoor terrace.
