i need a place to rehearse

i just moved to the area, im a dummer - i have an acoustic and electronic drum kit...i am professional with over 30 yrs performing exp, im looking for a place near by where i can rehearse a few evenings or leave a kit setup and do a monthly rental...im open to any ideas -.maybe a storage facility or mother in law quarters? i can use my electric kit to drastically reduce the noise. im clean, healthy, have covid shots, non smoker, professional job in hollywood, just meed a place to work some material out for a few wks/months...thanks for the consideration,,,
