Are you a professional painter with at least 7 years of experience? Performance Painting Contractors is looking for you to join our team We are seeking hard-working and reliable, skilled Painters with at least 7 years of experience to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. Many of the duties will include completing complex painting projects while utilizing access equipment effectively within allotted timeframes. Duties will also include troubleshooting and maintenance of sprayers and other painting equipment. The Master Craftsman will analyze quality and risks on projects and will communicate recommendations to job leads. To be successful in this position, you will need to work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform with a great attitude. Responsibilities Broad knowledge of products related to the painting industry Be prepared to work and have hand tools available Broad knowledge of access equipment and ability to use access equipment without supervision Light carpentry, spraying, and drywall/stucco repair experience Troubleshooting airless sprayers and pressure washers Knowledge and use of all power tools Qualifications Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is required Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening US Citizen or authorized to work in the US All staff are involved in continuous education and training Safety plan for each project Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO 401(k) + Employer matching Competitive Pay Performance Painting is not afraid to tackle any challenge.
