Hand-Rolled Sushi Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun! Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty ingredients to enhance your dining experience. You’ll learn to make three distinct sushi rolls, chosen by our expert chef instructor: Smoked Salmon with veggies and cream cheese, Fresh Tuna nigiri with fresh wasabi, and a Vegan Veggie roll with ginger. No experience is necessary to enjoy this fun and casual class! Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group.
