Looking for individuals with a strong construction background, with excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable in pricing and estimating jobs. Individual must understand all phases of residential construction, from new build, to remodels, or addition. Individual will be working under a Licensed General Contractor and must be comfortable with speaking to customers and gaining their trust. At this time the position is not a full time position, however in the future this may change. The position is commission based. Every new customer acquired (contract signed), the commission may range from 1% to 5% of the total estimate, depending on experience and time with company. Based on experience, estimators may be used in other areas and where several different hats with Oasis. Position has ability to go full time in this case. Oasis Management Group, LLC, is an engineering and construction company, owned and operated by Licensed General Contractors from the Boston Area. We service Boston area and our workload consists of both residential and commercial construction.
