ISO part-time worker for house and home duties: punctuality, dependability, and ambition are appreciated and vital. Due to disability with one person and advancing years in the other, position is available for two to three days each week, 3-4 hours+ (flexible day and early evening schedule). Applicant must be patient and thoughtful, with attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions. Someone with initiative is a plus. Work can range from cooking and cleaning, to painting and other household duties. Light landscaping and groundskeeping abilities are very helpful. Must be able to lift 50#. Applicant should have dependable transportation, preferably their own vehicle. This is an independent contractor position. Worker must have their own insurance and must be bondable. This is not a care-taking position per se. This is typical household work with generous pay for the right person - commensurate to experience and enthusiasm.
