Description

Kalamazoo‘s top rated tree removal service is looking for reliable people to help on the ground. Must be able to drive a stick shift, and bec ready to learn to run a chainsaw, You should have your own transportation, (pick up truck with hitch preferred), must be sober, drug free, reliable and follow directions. I don’t care where you’ve been, I care about who you are, The job you do,and how you make our company look. If you have a passion for tree work, like changes in scenery, working alongside a crew of great guys, you might be our guy. We are looking to train, promote, and have you grow with this rapidly growing company. If you need to hold your pants up with one hand while you hold your phone with the other, or if uou dont show up, keep looking. We're looking for people that want to move up, be part of a team, work together, and be appreciated for an honest days work. We are open minded, positive and accepting, we judge based on work ethic and professionalism, and keep a positive work environment and move mountains. We don’t deal play, but if you’re a hard worker, honest, loyal and respectful with the skills described, let’s talk more. We are a small owner operated family company but we are the highest rated on Home Advisor for customer service, quality and value. We bust our butts but we still say please and thank you to each other. We are not crybabies. We treat our customers and each other with respect. We give it, and we earn it back. We are looking for professional people that will reflect well on our company, as well as fit in and help out rather than finding excuses. Qualified candidates will need to cut and process wood, feed a chipper, be able to haul a trailer forward and reverse, ( your vehicle with a trailer hitch is a plus) And being able to drive heavy equipment is a huge plus. Usually like a small dump truck Or a bucket truck. No CDL needed for our equipment, but CDL drivers a plus. The ideal guy I am looking for keeps his phone on, answers his calls promptly, can back up a trailer, can follow simple directions, get along with the rest of the crew, fix a busted tail light, check the fluids in the vehicles, and absolutely absolutely absolutely does not over-represent what he can do. You have to be very honest about your skills. We're willing to train you, but please don't say you're great at something if you're not there yet. Sometimes duties would include holding ropes for the climber And other jobs as needed but we can discuss that when the time comes. Guys with a passion for tree work or experience in the field is a definite plus but I can train you too if you’re honest, dedicated and you already have your vehicle skills and you have a strong back.
