The primary purpose of the Supervisor position is to supervise custodians and lead custodians out on the field. This position serves as the "right hand" to the Project Manager, aids in assuring quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, safety and profitability for the projects. From time-to-time the Supervisor may be required to provide coverage due to absences/illness etc. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST: • Have experience with hands on, field experience in Custodial Services • Be a strong personal communicator with the ability to get things done • Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Must pass multiple Government Background Clearances • Guiding staff to work within proper procedures for operational excellence • Have a commitment to customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, to the quality of work performed and to the observance of all safety related rules and regulations • Have a general understanding of the Human Resources compliance issues required for supervising personnel • Maintaining and Prioritizing staff and schedules • Ability to guide staff to work within proper procedures for operational excellence • Bilingual /English/Spanish – A Must.
