Happy Earth Cleaning Co-op is looking for full-time home cleaners to start as soon as possible! We are an employee-owned cooperative offering eco-friendly cleaning services in the Twin Cities. Happy Earth is a local, small business of ~20 employees and not a corporate chain or franchise. We are a group of creative folks who happen to clean for a living. We offer a supportive work environment, personal development and training, livable wages ($16/hour plus tips!) and benefits, and provide the opportunity to become part-owner of our cooperative.
