We're calling this one Oddball Pairings. For this go around we will have a 5 course cheese pairing with beers, sakes, and spirits. These unexpected pairings give us the opportunity to think outside of the box and turn traditional pairings on their heads, while showcasing the nuances in flavors that cheese bring to the table.
