Positions Available: • Carpenters • Cleaners/Housekeepers Position Details: Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing • Must have own tools Cleaners/Housekeepers • Interior cleaning of leasing office, business center, and other common areas of the community • Cleaning of restrooms • Vacuuming hallways • Assist maintenance with cleaning apartments for new move-ins • Ensure exterior pathways and common areas are clean and free of trash and debris • General property upkeep We believe that our people are one of our most important assets and we invest in them accordingly!
