NOTE: Please apply for this position at: More SF is hiring temporary, part-time workers for an Assembly/Packing role. The Assembler/Packer is primarily responsible for assembling components and packaging Covid-19 Testing Kits according to guidelines and protocols. They are responsible for understanding assembly instructions and their specific packing role, and maintaining efficient strategies to accomplish production goals according to schedules and adhering to strict health & safety standards to ensure a safe and effective workflow. Responsibilities: *Pack and label items for shipment or storage *Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging *Properly use packaging materials, as trained *Adhere to health & safety standards. Packers will be required to wear an N95/surgical mask combo, Nitrol gloves, practice proper handwashing and maintain exceptional workplace hygiene practices. *Identify and dispose of defective items *Maintain clean work stations and warehouse area. Ensure all packed items being stored at the warehouse are stored neatly at end-of-shift. Key Competencies: *Accuracy *Attention to detail *Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time *Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks The Perks: *Pay rate of $20/hr *Snack station *Coffee station *Entertainment-friendly -- listen to podcasts or put some tunes on our warehouse speaker Successful applicants will be required to commit to *3-4 x 4 hour shifts per week. Shifts will run throughout the month of April, with potential to continue into the coming months. *Subject to reduction based on availability to work. Supervisor / Quality Assurance Role We have one open position available for a Shift Supervisor. The Supervisor will be required to be present for all shifts each week. The Supervisor will be responsible for opening and closing the warehouse for each shift, making sure all health & safety standards are met, ensuring quality and accuracy, and submitting a report at the end of each workday.
