Lost three-legged cat

“Sanzuwu” is an 11yr old female spayed grey tabby cat with missing left hind leg. She may have fallen from my 2nd floor apartment window - she is indoor only and when I returned home this afternoon she was missing. She may be injured. Microchipped, but not registered. Any information would be much appreciated - we very much miss her.
