Description
Emotional and Physical Wellness with James Earl and Dr. Allison Tomlinson So excited to welcome you to our first in person meeting in over a year! We are excited to welcome you and allow you to experience our host venue La Cima. Come join us and safely meet other wedding professionals. We will encourage all our guests to wear masks and practice social distancing. My name is James Earl, and I can best be describe as intentional and discerning. As a trainer, I have learned to overcome the paralyzing negative self-talk that compromises our self-image. With that said, I believe the well being of our clients is inextricably linked to their self image. As a result, I help my clients look at themselves holistically, and we work together to cultivate a resilient mindset that will conquer any obstacle. I believe “ we do not rise to the level of goals, but fall to the level of our systems”. What you are able to achieve is directly tied to your daily process and habits. NESTA certified CPT, Biomechanics Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Coach, CPR and First Aid certified. Licensed Social Worker Master of Public Administration. Co-owner of Dream Performance Director of Outreach and Health Equity Cancer Services. Dr. Tomlinson is a clinician with over 13 years of experience serving diverse populations of families and individuals in mental health. She is an Assistant Professor of Practice at The University of Texas at Arlington in the School of Social Work and the owner of a private psychotherapy practice; Point of Change Counseling Education & Training Services (POCCETS).
