Job Summary: Smokey Point Concrete is increasing production of our precast concrete operation in Arlington. We use high strength concrete to make everything from retaining walls, curbs, face plates, textured caps and steps. Our precast concrete team works together each day to ensure customer satisfaction and create long lasting customer relationships. We are hiring a full-time team member to work with our precast manufacturing team. This is an entry level position which is involved in all stages of precast manufacturing. Duties: Preparing molds for concrete to be poured Participating in concrete pours Releasing concrete products from molds Cleanings molds and workstations for future product pours Perform other tasks associated with production of concrete products as assigned Job Requirements: No previous concrete experience needed although prior construction laborer, landscaping, or experience in an outside job is a plus. Concrete forms are heavy, you will need to be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. This is a physically demanding and dirty job. Increase after completion of one-month training. The work schedule is Monday – Friday with Saturday rotation. Hours are 8-10 hours per day.
