eliseo is seeking Full-Time Maintenance Technicians to join our team! Both Day and Night shifts are available! Our Ideal Employee: Conducts planned and preventative inspections and repairs on facilities and various systems, including HVAC, security, fire alarms, resident alerts, TV, elevator, etc. Performs a variety of routine general building maintenance tasks, limited grounds maintenance and remodeling projects, providing a safe, positive, and sanitary living environment. Installs items such as window shades, blinds, curtain rods, wall/ceiling fans, door hardware, cabinets, plumbing and light fixtures. Performs basic plumbing, sheet rock, carpentry, painting and electric repairs. Ensures consistent action is taken by all employees, volunteers and visitors to comply with HIPAA security/privacy regulations regarding confidential patient records and information. Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals and completes routine reports and logs Communicates effectively in a courteous manner with guests and coworkers and maintains positive guest relations at all times Performs other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience One to three years related experience and/or training in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Prefer high competence in one or more construction trades.
