We are looking for a few good people to work in our facility and learn our process from the ground up. Those who will fit best, will care about the sustainability of our resources and the impact that foam has on the Earth, will work well with others, have a desire to learn and move up in a startup company, not afraid of hard work. Problem solving and a positive attitude are a must. Job duties will include all aspects of production for Paradise Packaging Company. Applicants must be detail oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and be able to work on their feet for 8 hour shifts in a production environment. Production activities include sanitizing work areas, operating commercial dishwashers, operating filling equipment for packaging processes, along with assisting in quality assurance and preparing products to ship to our customers.
