Scope of work: Bathroom is 5'6"ft x 10ft. Tear out all old appliances. Tear out closet. Tear out paneling/drywall/glass block window. Tear out ceiling. Tear out floor all the way to studs. Insulate floor under/over bathroom. Move water/septic lines to new locations. Build up the floor and lay tile. Replace dry wall on walls and ceiling. Install new sink, toilet and shower. Tile bathroom. Install sink lighting and medicine cabinet. Install lighted exhaust fan. Paint walls to color. Install new door and base trim.
