CLARKSTOWN, NY — A fire on Tanglewood Court in Congers Wednesday left a family displaced and searching for a missing kitten. New City and Valley Cottage firefighters were called Wednesday morning to the house. Help also came from the Central Nyack and West Haverstraw fire departments, with Congers Ambulance standing by, according to Rockland Fires.
