Our charcuterie & cheese options will be perfectly paired with Ash & Embers craft seasonal brews. You will receive a kit including all the meats, cheeses, accompaniments & platter along with a personal charcuterie cone & a flight of beer from Ash & Ember Brewery. Your instructor will give you step by step lessons on how to cut the cheese, fold the meats, and how to perfectly create charcuterie art. Once you are done with your platter enjoy it there or we will wrap it for you to take and enjoy at home. Ask questions, have fun and get hands on!
