Responsibilities (not limited to): *Complete work orders in a timely fashion *Estimate time and extent of repairs *Perform routine preventive maintenance *Maintain material and supply inventory *Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary *On Call/ After-hours service (in rotation) ​ Qualifications: *EPA/HVAC certified for Supervisor Position (Tech Position: willing to become certified within 90-120 days) *Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment *Ability to handle physical workload *Deadline and detail-oriented *Ability to be "on call" in a rotation with other techs *Must have reliable transportation *Background screening
