Court Status: Howard Rumley received a Promise to Appear with a court date of 03/25/21
On 02/25/21, Officers reported to 121 Boston Post Road (Popeye's) in regards to a disturbance. Officers came into contact with Howard Rumley who was acting erratically and causing the disturbance. He was trespassed from Popeye's and taken into custody for the above charges.
