On 02/23/21, Officers responded to 25 Boston Post Road (Target) in regards to a shoplifting in progress. Officers came into contact with Donald M. Harris. It was discovered that Donald M. Harris took $810 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged.
