MILFORD, CT — In a 5-4 vote, the Planning and Zoning Board approved a developer's mixed-use project that will result in 36 apartments downtown at 67 Prospect St., the Milford Mirror reports. The project includes restoring the historic David Baldwin House, which will be used for commercial space.
