NOW HIRING FOR HVAC INSTALLERS/INSTALLATION HELPERS, SERVICE TECHNICIANS We are a local, family owned and operated HVAC business (Bethany Air) located in Edgewater, MD. Looking to expand our team and looking for career driven individuals who want to become part of our family! We have the following positions available for immediate hire! SHOP STEWARD - to include, but not limited to picking up and dropping of parts to jobs at various locations, upkeep of the shop, opening/closing the shop daily. No experience Necessary. INSTALL HELPER - to include, but not limited to assisting mechanics with installations, shadowing to learn more of the trade, driving to various job locations. Some experience preferred. INSTALLER - to include but not limited to installations of HVAC equipment, Duct Work, Sheet Metal. Must be able to work as a team and alone when needed. Experience is necessary for this position. SERVICE TECHNICIAN- to include but not limited to driving to service calls, diagnosing problems on residential and commercial equipment, must be able to perform maintenances, have knowledge of parts, the ability to replace parts, and to be able to perform your job on your own. Must be comfortable with talking to customers as sales is an important part of the job. Experience is necessary for this position.
