Small newly formed business seeks local private loan seeking 7500 for repayment of 10000 all repaid with in 18 months, first payment in 60 days. We have a Employer ID number from the IRS, formed as a LLC. If we can find a loan in next 2 days we are willing to also give up 10% of business ownership. We have to submit finalization paperwork that details percentage owned by each partner and we are willing to give up 10% ownership along with the 2500 in interest on the loan.
