April 1 Christina Dellamorte, 30, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. April 3 Michael O'Connor, 52, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. April 4 Daniel Scott Hosler, 45, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation. April 5 Hector J. Arce, 22, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order. April 6 Eric Vincent Lapenna, 34, of Milford, was charged with three counts of first-degree failure to appear.
