Hello: I am an older, responsible, and kind person seeking for an older (small) female Chihuahua in need of lots of TLC. I am hoping that someone reading this post may have such a dog or may know of someone who does....and by the way, my pretty long-haired Chihuahua named Foxy passed away a few months ago and although I know I can never replace her it would be lovely to find another one but hopefully a sweet lap dog and for sure NOT a constant barker.
