Celebrate your Wellness Day by enjoying your very own care package including NC State specialty & custom items! Reserve your care package today! Items may include custom coloring books, stress balls, sleep masks, water bottles, and more! Step 1: Complete this registration and sign up for your pick-up time on Thursday, April 15, 2021, to claim your care package! Note: if you are not in Raleigh this semester, you can select the mailing option & we will send it to your doorstep! Sign up soon because we have a limited number! Step 2: Arrive during your selected pick-up time slot on April 15 to receive your package (or we will mail your package to you if you select that option & are not located in the Raleigh area).
