Not to mention you’ll be an expert at Ingredient pairing after attending our charcuterie cone design class! Joy Worthy Co. will be hosting this event at Bottles & Cans of Cary! So you will be able to enjoy ALL THE CHEESE with ALL THE VINO! Lauren, local artist, food lover & founder of Joy Worthy will be leading this delicious class! She will be taking charcuterie boards to a whole new level.... just peek at the pic above! Charcuterie has never been cuter! Or more portable! ...drooling yet?! Culinary art is also an ideal stress reliever. As Lauren guides you through the process, you’ll notice how this activity lets you focus on the moment, enjoy your friends and just be present. So invite your tribe & come join us for some cheesy fun!!! This event will also have a uniquely styled wine presentation! Lauren Stevens, a former wine consultant & now founder of Joy Worthy Co., will take you on a "charcuterie & wine" pairing journey. We will be sampling 4 different wines as we work through the design process. Then tasting “perfect bites” with each wine as we go. We encourage you to share your finding with your neighboring tables! This event is all about coming together as a community and sharing experiences. We want you get as much joy from each other as you do from the workshop! At Joy Worthy Co. we believe that bringing people together creates Joy in and of itself...we also believe that cheese and wine take that joy to the next level! 😂🙌🏻 Tickets for this class will include: -all ingredients and materials for constructing your own delicious cone including floral paper, tape & twine 🍇🧀🥖 -Instruction from Lauren about how how to construct, eat and present your cones for your next party! -Ingredient pairings & how to find that “perfect bite” -a handout for you to take home that will take you through the step by step process -4 bottle Wine tasting with Lauren: you will recieve a wine tasting card to evaluate your favorites.
