A pandemic does seem like a strange time to open a restaurant but I have envisioned it and I know it would be great. I have helped open two restaurant as a server so I have some experience. If you already own a location near the fremont street experience. That would be great. Or have the funds to purchase. Let me be at service. Why Haitian? Las Vegas as a whole is lacking in Afro Latin/Caribbean food. Haitian food is the best seasoned food in the world (it wins awards) but the unfortunate thing is most las vegans have never tried it.
