Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 04/08/2021 4:30 AM 04-07-21   2021-0915, Domestic Battery: On 040721 at 0720 hours, Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 600 block of Douglas Road, Oswego Township, for a report of a battery among family members. No injuries were reported and the incident is under investigation. 2021-0917, Fraud: On 040721 at 1120hrs, Sheriff's Deputies received a report of fraud that occurred in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Rd, Bristol Township. The incident is under investigation. 2021-0927 Battery: On 04-07-21 at 2010 hrs, deputies responded  to a report of a Disturbance at 8000 block Van Emmon Rd. After investigation, Joseph A Wessely, a 29 year old male from 8000 block of Van Emmon Rd was arrested for Battery. Wessely was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
