Come celebrate Cinco De Mayo with us! We're having four Cincoro Tequilas and pairing them with items specially tailored to each tequila.
To start you off we'll have a Mango Margarita, we took our 1860 margarita and gave it a little twist. With Cincoro Blaco and Fresh Mango shaken up to create a light, easy drinking margarita.
Your first course will be a Diablo Cocktail paired with a Cinco Salad. With spring mix, black beans, corn, mango, tomatoes, avocado, and bell peppers tossed in a cilantro-lime vinaigrette, you couldn't get off to a better start.
Next you'll have Scallop Ceviche on a tostada, paired with Cincoro Blanco, a smooth taste with light grapefruit and citrus. Withe the Ceviche and Tequila both being light and fresh this is a good step into what's to come.
For your main course you have Mamacitas Dark Chocolate Chicken Mole over Mexican Rice and Cincoro Repesado, with notes of vanilla and white chocolate these two will be a great pair.
For dessert you have Tres Leches Creme Brulee paired with the Cincoro Anejo, aged for two years with notes of maple and dark choclate these two will be the perefct end to your night.
