Child Rape Suspect Has Sacramento Ties

SACRAMENTO, CA — A man accused of raping a child under the age of 14 has family and other connections in the Sacramento area who may be able to help investigators arrest the suspect. Union City Police are asking for the public's help in finding Manuel Ricardo Ramirez Siguenza, 46, who has been under investigation since March 23. His photo has just been released as police seek tips that will lead to his capture. Police have not released specifics about his suspected victim or crime, but say that Ramirez Siguenza is wanted on the following charges: 261(A)(2) PC (Rape By Means Of Force)288 PC (Lewd Acts With A Minor Under The Age Of 14) 269(A)(1) PC (Rape Of A Minor Under The Age Of 14) Ramirez Siguenza is five feet eight inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has family and other connections in the San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno, and the Southern California areas.
