Missing Orange Tabby with mostly white face

Male 1 yr old Tabby, @ 10lbs+ very friendly, missing since the day after Easter. Unsure if he had his collar on, the kids sometimes take it off to scratch him, He's not an outdoor kitty. Was at Prior Lake/Shakopee border. Thank you for your help!
